Wire Cloth Specifications
Wire cloth is precision woven from stainless steel wire in SS304, 304L, 316 and 316L. Plain, twill and dutch weave patterns deliver excellent corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and a stable, uniform aperture — trusted for liquid and gas filtration, sieving and precision screening. Mesh count, opening, wire diameter, width, length and edge finish can all be customized to your specification.

Wire Diameter
Wire cloth is woven from stainless steel wire from 0.02 mm up to 6.0 mm. Wire diameter is always matched to mesh count — fine wires give a higher open area for filtration, while heavier wires add strength for screening and sifting.
Standard wires range from 0.4 mm to 2 mm for most industrial meshes, while fine and heavy diameters are produced to order.

Mesh Opening
Mesh count ranges from 1 to 635 mesh per inch — from coarse industrial screens to fine filtration cloth. Every roll is woven to a uniform, stable aperture, so particles, liquids and gases pass through at a consistent, predictable rate.
Whether you need a standard sieve size or a custom opening for a specific separation job, we can supply mesh in the exact count you specify, cut to your required width and length.
Weave Type
Plain, twill and dutch weave are all woven on our own looms: plain weave for general filtration and screening, twill weave for finer mesh counts, and dutch weave for high-strength filter cloth with a wedge-shaped opening.
We select the weave to match your application and working conditions, and every roll is inspected for uniform weave and edge quality before packing.
Export Packaging
Rolls are wound on strong cores, wrapped in moisture-proof paper or film, and packed on export pallets with strapping. Cartons and wooden cases are available for fragile fine meshes.
